Kantha Goundar

Kantha Goundar has extensive work experience in corporate strategy, business development, and corporate development roles. Currently, they are employed as the Sr. Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Development at J.M. Huber Corporation since March 2021. Prior to that, Kantha held the position of Director of Corporate Development at Milliken & Company from February 2017 to March 2021. They also served as the Director of Strategy and Business Development at Lhoist from 2015 to 2016. Kantha gained experience in mergers and acquisitions as the Manager of Global M&A at BASF from 2010 to 2015 and as an Investment Banking Associate at Mizuho Securities from 2008 to 2010. They also worked as a Senior Business Analyst at The Linde Group from 2006 to 2008 and as a Consultant at Accenture from 2001 to 2004. Kantha began their career as an Analyst at Fujitsu from 2000 to 2001.

Kantha Goundar completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commercial Science degree in Marketing from Kobe University in 2000.
