Sarah O'Day

Sarah O'Day, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Human Resource Director at J.M. Wilson since 2007. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Regional Operations Manager at HUB International from 1988 to 2007, and worked as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at Graydon Willson Insurance Agency from 1985 to 1988, where responsibilities included account servicing and sales. Earlier in Sarah's career, a role as Services Supervisor at Amerisure Insurance from 1976 to 1985 involved managing claims staff and customer service across three branch offices. Sarah earned a BA in Business Administration from Nazareth College between 1982 and 1987.
