Jillian Smith FCCA, Assoc CIPD, is currently serving as the Payroll & RTR Manager at J. Murphy & Sons since May 2021, after advancing to Record To Report Balance Sheet Team Leader. Prior to this, Jillian spent over two decades at BDO UK LLP, starting as a trainee in the Business Services & Outsourcing team in July 1999 and rising to the position of Senior Manager before departing in January 2021. Jillian's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and professional qualifications from ACCA and AAT, culminating in ongoing studies at Avado since 2020.
