Roxanne Sanders is an accomplished professional in quality management and health, safety, and environmental (HSEQ) systems, currently serving as a Senior Quality Manager at Murphy since March 2022. Prior to this role, Roxanne held significant positions at Kantey & Templer Consulting Engineers from May 2014 to March 2022 as a Group HSEQ Systems Developer and Lead Auditor, overseeing ISO-aligned management systems for the petrochemical industry across Africa. Earlier experience includes a role as Quality Manager and HSE Administrator at Sawren Construction, where Roxanne developed and implemented integrated HSEQ management systems. Educational qualifications include certifications in ISO auditing and implementation from BSI Training Academy and Damlin College, along with a SAMTRAC qualification in Occupational Safety and Health from NOSA.
