Teresa Saxon

Teresa Saxon currently serves as a Health Systems Specialist at J P Systems, Inc., focusing on clinical data quality analysis for the VHA and partner healthcare systems since December 2021. In addition, Teresa has been a School Nurse at Christchurch School since August 2021 and previously worked as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric ICU at VCU Health from May 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included medication administration and care plan execution. Teresa's early career included roles as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University, as well as in similar research positions at Longwood, contributing to data collection and analysis in neuroscience and oncological clinical research. Teresa holds a Master of Science in Health Information from Logan University and two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Registered Nursing and one in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University and Longwood University, respectively.
