Kim Nicole Richter is a seasoned art historian with extensive experience in research and curation, currently serving as a Senior Research Specialist at the Getty Research Institute since August 2010. Prior roles include Assistant Curator at the Fowler Museum at UCLA, where an exhibition on Monochrome Ceramics from Ancient Mexico was curated, and Junior Fellow at Dumbarton Oaks Research Library and Collection. Other notable positions include Curatorial Assistant at LACMA, focusing on the reinstallation of the Pre-Columbian Gallery and research for the exhibition "Olmec: Colossal Masterworks of Ancient Mexico." Richter has also held teaching positions at various universities, including UCLA and Loyola Marymount University.
