Peter Beal

Peter Beal has extensive work experience in the construction industry, with a focus on estimating and management roles. Peter currently serves as the Vice President - Demolition at J.R. Vinagro Corporation since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Estimating - Heavy Civil Division at Select Demo Services LLC from November 2019 to January 2022. Peter previously held the position of Director of Estimating at J.R. Vinagro Corporation from August 2013 to November 2019. Before that, they worked as the Director of Estimating at Testa Corp from July 2009 to July 2013 and at J. Calnan & Associates, Inc. from January 2008 to July 2009. Peter also has experience as the Chief Operating Officer at Capitol Construction from June 2006 to December 2007 and as the Vice President - Estimating at Patriot Construction Services from April 2005 to May 2006. Peter'searly career includes roles as an Estimator and Assistant Chief Estimator at Modern Continental Construction from May 1988 to April 2005.

Peter Beal received their Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Engineering Management from Tufts University from 1984 to 1988. Peter also holds additional certifications such as LEED Accredited Professional and Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor's License.
