Finn Stilling

Finn Stilling has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Finn currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Celonic Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Human Resources/Bereichsleiter Personal at JRS J. Rettenmaier & Söhne starting from July 2022. Finn also served as an HR Business Partner and Personalreferent at the same company from December 2019 to August 2022 and from April 2019 to November 2019, respectively. Finn Stilling attended Aalen University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaft für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen. Finn then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Mittelstandsmanagement from Aalen University between 2017 and 2019.
