Nils Gersonde

Nils Gersonde is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Group Chief Financial Officer at J. Rettenmaier & Söhne since February 2015 and also holds the position of Member of the Management Board, overseeing Affiliated Companies, Controlling, and Corporate Development. Prior to this role, Nils Gersonde worked at Lanxess from April 2010 to December 2014, leading Corporate Development in the capacity of Head of Strategic Development for Performance Chemicals. Nils Gersonde began a career in consulting as a Project Manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants from January 2005 to March 2010. Academically, Nils Gersonde earned a Diploma in Business and Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and completed training as Bankkaufmann at Dresdner Bank AG.
