Brandi Kruse

Brandi Kruse has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. In their most recent position as the Director of Human Resources at J.T. Thorpe & Son, Inc., they are responsible for overseeing the company's HR functions. Before that, they worked at Merakey as a Sr. HR Manager and Regional HR Manager, where they focused on employee engagement, retention, and leadership development. Additionally, they served as an HR Project Manager at FedEx Supply Chain. Prior to these roles, they held HR leadership positions at companies such as The Meadows Racetrack and Casino, Bellagio, House of Blues, MGM Grand, and Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. Brandi has a proven track record of successfully negotiating collective bargaining agreements, driving culture change, and achieving high engagement scores.

Brandi Kruse obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Brandi later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completing their studies in 2008. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including the Diversity, Inclusion, & Sensitivity V3.1 (LBW) from Traliant obtained in May 2022, the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM obtained in August 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI obtained in January 2015.
