Peter Armstrong

Peter Armstrong, MA, CLSS, is an experienced professional in project management and business analysis with a focus on IT and ERP systems. Currently serving as Director of the Project Management Office at J.W. Pepper since July 2021, Peter manages all IT projects and oversees the Agile process. Previous roles include Business Analyst at Ralph Clark Associates, Operations Analyst at North American Cable Equipment, and Operational Procedures Manager at Shingle Belting, where Peter has led various software implementations, improved operational workflows, and developed training materials. Peter holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Theological Studies, both from the University of Valley Forge.
