Seth Jaeck

Seth Jaeck has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Seth is currently employed as a Brewer at Old Germantown since 2022. Prior to that, Seth worked at J.W. Speaker Corporation for a significant period, starting as a Project Engineer from 2012 to 2014 and then advancing to the role of Senior Project Engineer until 2017. During their time at J.W. Speaker Corporation, Seth successfully led the design and development of complex lighting projects for motorcycle and electric vehicle manufacturers. Seth also played a key role in the creation of a web-based project management system and effectively managed project teams and cross-functional meetings. Before joining J.W. Speaker Corporation, Seth participated in the Barley to Barrel - Craft Brewery Incubator in 2016. Seth's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Systems Engineer at GE Healthcare from 2010 to 2012, and as an Engine Design Engineer III at Honda R&D Americas, Inc. from 2005 to 2010. Seth also served as an Operations Manager at Sonic Foundry Inc. from 2000 to 2005.

Seth Jaeck obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1998 and 2003. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "BrewingX: Beer: the science of brewing" from KU Leuven in June 2020.
