Alan Friedman

Alan Friedman currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy since August 2020. As the Founder and CEO of J3P Health, a position held since June 2012, Alan has expanded the organization's focus to encompass physician talent management and leadership development while establishing recognition as a thought leader in the field. Previously, Alan held roles such as Editorial Board Member for the American Journal of Medical Quality and Managing Partner at Friedman Advisors, LLC, where responsibilities included conducting organizational assessments and delivering strategic solutions to high-profile clients. With a diverse career spanning roles in business development and training across various healthcare-related companies, Alan holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology/Change Leadership from Columbia University and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
