Anke Verstraten

Anke Verstraten has a diverse background in management and customer experience, with current roles as Accountmanager Congressen and Accountmanager MeetUp at Jaarbeurs since January 2020. Prior to this, Anke served as Chief Wrapinez Officer at Wrapinez, where responsibilities included establishing a new food concept at Rotterdam Centraal. Anke also held the position of Manager of Customer Experience at Fan Factory BV, managing the process of mystery visits to evaluate customer and employee journeys. Anke's earlier experiences include being a nutrition assistant at Maastricht UMC+, a Guest Services Associate at St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel, and a trainee at Teaching Hotel Château Bethlehem. Anke is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
