Susan Williams is an experienced educator and ministry professional with a robust background in teaching and training within various organizations. Currently, at JAARS, Inc. since 2012, Susan focuses on assisting home-assigned ministry workers with orientation and renewal after their overseas assignments. Prior experience includes working as an instructor in the Learning that LASTS program at SIL from 2004 to 2012, coordinating adult education methods, and serving as an elementary and high school teacher in Papua New Guinea from 1998 to 2010. Additionally, Susan held roles as Orientation Coordinator and Partnership Development Consultant at SIL-PNG, where responsibilities included conducting orientation training and overseeing prayer letter checkers. Earlier, Susan taught 2nd grade at Grove Ave Baptist Christian School from 1989 to 1998. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Bryan College.
