Phillip Blais

Phillip Blais is a seasoned operations leader with significant experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Jabil since February 2017, Phillip Blais previously held the position of VP Operations at CMP Advanced Mechanical Solutions from February 2008 to January 2017, where responsibilities included aligning business processes and managing technology roadmaps for facilities in Québec and Binghamton. Earlier roles included General Manager overseeing P&L results for the Québec facility and Manufacturing and Quality Engineering Manager focused on new product introduction and process improvements. Phillip Blais began their career at CMP Advanced Mechanical Solutions as Plant Manager with total P&L responsibility from January 2005 to February 2008. Phillip Blais holds a National Aeronautical Degree from National Aeronautic College.
