Fran Weigel

Fran Weigel has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Starting in 1971, they worked at Petrolite Corporation Tretolite Division, beginning as a chemical blender and eventually becoming the Russell District Sales Manager. At Champion Technologies, Fran served as the Well Diagnostic and Analysis Group Manager from 1994 to 2013. In this role, they developed a Failure and Cost Reduction program for rod pumped wells. They later joined Jacam Chemical Llc as the Director of Well Optimization Technology from 2013 to 2014, and later returned to the same position at Jacam from 2015 to the present. In this role, Fran developed an advanced program to identify and address the root causes of failure and cost escalation in rod pumped wells.

Fran Weigel attended Washburn University from 1966 to 1970. The degree and field of study are undisclosed.
