Amber B. has an extensive work experience in the marketing and innovation field. Amber started their career as a Trade Marketing Analyst and progressed to Sr. Marketing Analyst at Nestle USA from 1998 to 2001. Amber then worked as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Nestle, where they executed various consumer promotions, resulting in double-digit growth. Amber later became an Associate Marketing Manager, where they successfully launched an innovative new product and repositioned a brand to appeal to a new target audience.
After their time at Nestle, Amber joined Johnsonville Sausage as a Brand Manager, focusing on innovation and strategy. Amber developed comprehensive plans and strategies for new product development and achieved significant sales growth. Amber later became a Senior Brand Manager, leading the development of strategic platforms and selling them to top retailers in the US. Amber also launched a successful line of "better for you" products and created national consumer support plans.
Amber then joined noosa yoghurt as a Director of Innovation, where they fast-tracked innovation for national launches and played a key role in refining the company's consumer target and positioning. Amber was also part of the transition team after the company's sale.
Following their time at noosa yoghurt, Amber worked at B&G Foods as a Director of Innovation. In this role, they led innovation efforts for top brands and prioritized resources and investment based on concept testing. Amber managed a Senior R&D Manager during this time.
Currently, Amber holds the position of SVP Marketing and Innovation at jack & annie's. Amber previously served as VP Marketing & Innovation at jack & annie's by The Jackfruit Company, where they successfully launched and marketed the brand across multiple channels. Amber developed KPIs to measure the impact of marketing and advertising efforts.
