Allyson Miller has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Allyson began their career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Cornelia G. Kennedy at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in 2007. Following this, they worked as an Attorney at Dickinson Wright PLLC from 2008 to 2012, where they served as first-chair counsel in a federal district court trial and handled various employment arbitrations.

In 2012, Allyson joined Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart PLLC as an Attorney. Their responsibilities included defending employers in civil rights actions at both trial and appellate court levels, counseling employers on compliance matters, and drafting legal documents such as handbooks, employment agreements, and severance agreements. Allyson stayed with the firm until 2015.

From 2015 to 2016, Allyson worked as an Assistant General Counsel at Greektown Casino-Hotel. Here, they likely handled various legal matters related to the casino industry.

In 2016, Allyson joined JACK Entertainment, where they assumed various roles throughout their tenure. Allyson started as a Sr. Labor & Employment Counsel, providing legal advice on labor and employment issues.
