Aaron McGrath

Aaron McGrath is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, with a current role as DEIB Senior Advisor at Jack Henry since August 2013. Aaron has dedicated efforts toward Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, implementing learning opportunities that enhance organizational culture. Prior roles at Jack Henry involved designing training content and developing standards for corporate learning projects, with a focus on various educational topics, instructional design, and client training. Aaron's teaching experience includes roles as a Spanish Teacher at Spokane R-VII School District and Marshfield R-1 Schools, and as an English Professor at DuocUC in Chile.
