Nami Baral

Nami Baral is the Founder and CEO of Niural, a global payments and compliance platform that allows businesses to hire and pay team members worldwide. Prior to Niural, Nami was the Founder and CEO of Harvest Platform, a technology company focused on helping users improve their financial situation. Harvest Platform had a successful exit to Acorns in 2021 and was backed by notable investors. Nami also has experience at Twitter and MoPub, where they served in various roles including Head of Product Partnerships and Real-Time Monetization Product Manager. Before entering the tech industry, Nami worked as an Investment Banking M&A Analyst at Centerview Partners. Nami also has a background in social entrepreneurship as a Founding Member and Co-Director of the International Spark Program.

Nami Baral has a BA with Honors in Economics and Mathematics from Harvard University. Additionally, Nami has completed the Business Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. No specific start or end years are provided for either of these educational experiences.
