Bradley Maples

Bradley Maples is a Business Quality Analyst at Jack Henry & Associates, responsible for creating comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements, utilizing various software for testing including SQL and API. Previously, Bradley served as an Advanced Technical Support Representative, troubleshooting banking issues and training new employees.
