Karrie Valentin

Karrie Valentin currently serves as a Senior Customer Relationship Manager at Jack Henry & Associates, overseeing relationships with over 70 credit union and bank clients, analyzing their needs, and managing client issues with urgency. Previously, Karrie held the role of Implementation Coordinator, where a strong emphasis on customer experience led to the development of effective standard operating procedures and the onboarding of credit unions. Karrie’s experience extends to Volt Credit Union, focusing on member services and employee engagement, alongside roles in customer service at T-Mobile, Bass Pro Shops, and Pass Health Foods, contributing to a well-rounded background in client relations and team management. Karrie pursued education at Calvary University and completed high school at Alan B Shepard High School.
