Sankeerth Kumar started their work experience in 2017 as a Back Office Support Associate at Amazon. Sankeerth then moved on to become a Customer Service Representative, where they provided support for various operations and worked on fraud detection projects related to Amazon Pay. In 2019, they joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a TCSA - L3, specializing in onboarding and account management. Sankeerth gained expertise in troubleshooting connectivity issues and increasing service limits for various AWS services. In 2021, they took on the role of TCSA for Accounts and Access Management for compromised accounts. Currently, they are working as an Application Support Engineer at Zeller since 2023.
