Nicole Cota

Nicole Cota is an accomplished internal communications professional with extensive experience in various industries, including technology, healthcare, and real estate. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at Jack in the Box since April 2024, Nicole previously held significant roles at Seismic as a Senior Operations Specialist and Internal Communication Lead, where strategies for employee engagement were developed for a global sales enablement platform.
