Steven Piano

Steve Piano began his role as Chief People Officer in April 2021. Steve joined Jack in the Box with over ten years of experience in leadership roles as Chief People Officer and Human Resource Officer. Steve has an extensive background in all facets of human resource including talent management, compensation and benefits, organizational design and effectiveness, performance management, training and development. Steve most recently served as head of human resources at GNC Holdings LLC, a health, wellness and nutrition brand. Prior to GNC, Steve was the Chief Human Resource Officer for MoneyGram, and held leadership positions with Lehman Brothers, Citibank, and others.
