Jim Grogan

Jim Grogan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, operations, and customer service. Currently serving as the Director of Special Projects at Jack Laurie Group since October 2017, Jim Grogan leads initiatives for growth and assists in the establishment of new offices and departments. Prior roles at Jack Laurie include Business Unit Leader, responsible for revenue budgeting and overseeing operations and sales in the NW Indiana Construction market, and Director of Project Management, where Jim Grogan focused on driving sales, managing working capital, and providing leadership to a team of Project Managers. Earlier experience includes dedicated operations and customer service roles at Celadon Group Inc. and logistics account executive responsibilities at Total Quality Logistics, in addition to serving as a Correctional Officer for Hamilton County Sheriff's Department. Jim Grogan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University.
