Robyn Olson, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries.
Robyn started their career as an Account Assistant at Financial Relations Board in 1997. Here, they played a crucial role in disseminating financial press releases and promoting client's stock through various tasks. Robyn was also responsible for handling difficult clients.
In 1999, Robyn joined General Motors as a Planning Intern. During this time, they conducted research and analysis and trained team members on program plan requirements. Robyn successfully resolved issues and ensured the integrity of the schedule for all areas.
From 2000 to 2002, Robyn worked at US Bank as a Product Manager. Here, they managed project work, determined product positioning, and created collateral pieces for new products. Robyn also presented documentation to internal departments and executive staff.
In 2002, Robyn joined Jack Morton Worldwide as the SVP, Human Resources Director. In this role, they led the HR team, managed the employee life cycle, and served as an executive consultant to align HR strategies with business goals.

Robyn Olson, SHRM-SCP, holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, obtained in the years 1998-2000. Robyn also earned a BA in Communications & Marketing from the University of Michigan, completing their studies from 1992-1996. In addition to their academic achievements, Robyn has obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in March 2015 and the SHRM People Analytics Specialty certification in August 2020.
