Yao Wang

Yao Wang currently serves as HRBP Europe at Jackery since April 2023. Prior to this role, Yao Wang held the position of Operation Director/HR DACH at Dahua Technology GmbH from August 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities included developing annual HR planning and budgets, as well as establishing online and headhunting recruitment channels. Yao Wang began the career as an Operation Specialist and holds a Master of Arts degree in Germanistik from the University of Düsseldorf, completed in May 2020. Additionally, Yao Wang attended IHK Düsseldorf for further education in early 2022.
