Alessia Malek

Alessia Malek is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of People & Potential at JACKS beauty line since February 2024. As the Gründerin of MERRY GONG since May 2023, Alessia has also held the role of Executive Partner at RIGHTHOUSE GmbH since March 2021. Prior experience includes leadership in talent management at SYZYGY Media GmbH from July 2017 to February 2021 and a position as a personal consultant at Waterfront Services GmbH from September 2014 to June 2017. Alessia holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology from FernUniversität in Hagen.
