Noel O'Brien

Noel O'Brien is a skilled professional with a diverse background in library services and the makeup industry. Currently serving as a Children’s Library Specialist and Library Assistant at Jackson County Library Services since March 2022, Noel previously volunteered as a librarian at Mountain Avenue Elementary School. A seasoned makeup artist, Noel worked at Hairroin Salon for 15 years and has extensive freelance experience, collaborating with various clients on editorial and beauty projects. Educational achievements include an Associate of Arts degree in Art History from Pasadena City College and several certifications in makeup artistry from Studio Makeup Academy and Makeup Artists Agency.
