Tom Janda

Tom Janda possesses extensive experience in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Jackson. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at Cooper-Standard Automotive and a position as a Retirement Consultant at Towers Watson. Tom Janda is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics at Wayne State University, with studies ongoing since 1996.
