Leah Joseph

Leah Joseph is currently the assistant to the GM at the Jacksonville Jaguars. Leah previously worked as the director of volleyball operations at Virginia Tech from March 2017 to May 2021. Prior to that, they were an intern at the Alpine Group from January 2017 to March 2017. Leah also interned at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation from May 2016 to January 2017. Lastly, they were the head volleyball coach at Southern Slammers Volleyball from November 2014 to May 2015. Leah is also a student athlete who attended Georgia Southern University from June 2013 to December 2016.

Leah Joseph holds a Master of Education from Virginia Tech in Student Affairs and Athletic Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia Southern University. Leah also attended St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School.

Leah Joseph reports to Trent Baalke, General Manager. They are on a team with Michael Davis - Director, College Scouting, Bobby Lyle - Director, Facilities Security, and Marcus Pollard - Director, Player Engagement & Youth Football.
