Makayla Amidon

Makayla Amidon is the Director of Data Science at the Jacksonville Jaguars since September 2022, following a role as Operations Analytics Manager at SoFi from July 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included maintaining modeled databases and ensuring data integrity. Prior experience includes Operations Analytics Manager at CaptionCall from August 2017 to July 2019, overseeing contact center operations and optimizing staffing requirements. Makayla holds an MBA from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business and a Graduate Information Systems Certificate, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
