Jacquie Gibbs has a strong background in transportation and administration. Jacquie began their career at J TA in 2006, serving as Chief of Staff. In this role, they provided oversight for senior-level employees and helped develop plans, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
In 2010, Gibbs moved to Jacdonville Transportation Authority as Chief Administrative Officer, where they served as a key advisor to the CEO and supervised various functions and projects impacting the organization. Jacquie held this position until 2013, when they joined the Jacksonville Transportation Authority as Asst. Vice President, Finance & Administration. In this role, Gibbs focused on administration components such as procurement and human resources.
Later in 2013, they were promoted to Vice President External Affairs, their current position. Gibbs continues to excel in their role, leveraging their expertise in transportation and administration to contribute to the success of the organization.
Jacquie Gibbs holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
