Matt Tuohy

Matt Tuohy has had an extensive career with experience in various industries. From 1975 to 2001, they served as a Naval Officer in the U.S. Navy, holding positions such as Commanding Officer of multiple vessels and a Naval Flight Officer. After leaving the Navy, they worked as the Director of Aeronautics and Director of Marketing at Jacksonville University from 2001 to 2004. Matt then worked at Dynamics Research Corporation as a Staff Business Systems Analyst from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they held positions at Fleet Readiness Center and Orion Solutions LLC before joining Wind Energy Consulting and Contracting Inc as the Executive Vice President of Support Services and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2008 to 2010. Matt also worked at East Coast Ice as the Executive Vice President from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Incepture as the Managed Solutions Director and later as the Incepture Strategic Programs Lead. Since 2014, they have been working at Jacksonville University as the Director of the School of Aviation and Military Sciences in the Davis College of Business and Technology.

Matt Tuohy holds an MBA from Jacksonville University, which they obtained in 2003. Matt also has an MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and an MA in International Relations from Salve Regina-The Newport College. Prior to their post-graduate degrees, they attended Brooklyn Prep from 1968 to 1971.
