Teresa Caro is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens since June 2023. Previously, Teresa held a contract role as Communications Manager at Bristol Myers Squibb, where responsibilities included providing communications support for Global Manufacturing Operations and creating tools to enhance communication management. A former Communications Manager at GSK, Teresa offered strategic advice to the Regional SVP of Consumer Healthcare Supply Chain and implemented communication plans for commercial manufacturing.
