David Kulczycki, P.G., is a Regional Manager in Environmental Services at Jacob & Hefner Associates, Inc. David previously worked as a Senior Geologist at Geosyntec Consultants and as a Project Geologist at ARCADIS. David graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geology in 2000.
