Tove Parot

Tove Parot is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in the consumer goods, beverage, and technology industries. Currently serving as HR Director of Scandinavia at Cloetta since May 2020, Tove has previously held significant HR roles at The Absolut Company, where Tove was HR Director of Operations, and Pernod Ricard, where Tove served as Vice President of Change Management and Vice President of Human Resources in the USA. Tove's earlier career includes leadership roles in HR at Pernod Ricard Winemakers in Australia, as well as positions at Nortel Networks and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Tove's educational background includes postgraduate degrees in HR Management and Organisational Change from Sciences Po and INSEAD, along with a Master's Degree from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne.
