James Desmond

James Desmond has worked in the technology industry since 2012. James began their career as a Geophysicist at DataSeismic Geophysical Services, where they worked from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Stratalux as an Account Executive, where they were responsible for assisting companies throughout the globe with cloud migration strategy, cloud native deployments, data analytics, Devops transformation and management of Amazon Web Services infrastructures. In 2018, they moved to Jacobian Engineering Inc. as the Director of Sales and later became the Vice President of Sales. At Jacobian Engineering, they worked as an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner and information security company providing solutions to help companies operate securely and confidently in the cloud.

James Desmond attended the University of Houston, where they earned a Master's degree in Geophysics.
