Hilary Pulver has extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles in the coffee and tea industry. Hilary started their career with Sara Lee Coffee & Tea UK in 2003 as a Marketing Director, where they worked until 2007. Hilary then joined Sara Lee Australia as a Marketing Director from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, Hilary joined JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS as the Marketing Director for Coffee & Tea in Aus/NZ. Hilary later became the Marketing Director for Douwe Egberts Nederland B.V. in 2013. Hilary then took on the role of Marketing Integration Lead in 2014, and in 2015, they became the Global Instant Category Director, responsible for driving profitable growth and developing power brands. Since 2018, they have been the Global Marketing Operations and Excellence Director at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS.
Hilary Pulver received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a major in Marketing from San Francisco State University, which they attended from 1986 to 1991. Hilary later pursued a Masters degree in Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney, completing it from 2000 to 2003. In addition, Hilary obtained certifications in "The Business of Creativity" from The Business of Creativity institution in the spring of 2023.
