Hector Aguirre

Hector Aguirre is an Energy Consultant at Jacobs since September 2021, previously serving as a Carbon and Energy Graduate Consultant. Hector is a Professional Member of the Energy Institute and has experience as a Project Control Intern at ScottishPower, contributing to the planning and development of an offshore wind farm. Additionally, Hector worked as an Engineering Intern at bp, involved in a significant refinery project, and as a Consultant at Ommeron Aeronáutica, managing the design of an e-learning platform for air traffic controllers. Earlier experience includes being a Summer Camp Counselor at YMCA of the USA. Hector holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Futures from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath, along with various certifications in energy innovation and financial accounting.
