Regina Pilot

Regina Pilot possesses extensive experience in strategic sales and business development, currently serving as a Team Manager for Top Prospects and Cities & Places + Growth Markets at Jacobs since July 2022. Previous roles include Proposal Manager for the West Region at Jacobs and Client Development Manager at RATIO Design. Regina's leadership experience is highlighted by serving as Chapter President of SMPS Colorado from September 2021 to August 2024. Prior to that, Regina held positions such as Business Development and Marketing Coordinator at Martin/Martin, Inc., and Marketing and Preconstruction Assistant at JE Dunn Construction. Additionally, Regina has a background in cheerleading, having served as an All-Star Cheerleading Competition Judge for Varsity Spirit and as a Staff Instructor with the Universal Cheerleading Association. Regina holds a degree from the University of Northern Colorado.
