Sarah Wariner

Sarah Wariner serves as the Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Global Litigation at Jacobs since June 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel from August 2021 to June 2022. Sarah accumulated extensive experience at Clark Hill PLC, serving as a Member and Litigation Attorney from January 2012 to August 2021, and practiced as a Litigation Attorney at Benson Siebenhausen PLLC from June 2015 to August 2016. Earlier in Sarah's career, from September 2008 to January 2012, Sarah was an Attorney at Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP. Sarah holds a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University (2005-2008) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University (1999-2003).
