Kolton Doucet

Kolton Doucet has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kolton currently works as a Human Resources Training Coordinator at Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Capital Business Partner at PCMS from January 2021 to February 2022. In 2020, they served as a Human Resources Manager at LOUISIANA SCRAP METAL RECYCLING LAKE CHARLES LLC, where they actively participated in identifying company setbacks and offering solutions for improvement while ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. From June 2017 to October 2019, they held the role of Assistant Manager at EMR.

Kolton Doucet completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Project Management from Colorado Technical University, where they attended from 2014 to 2017. Kolton then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution, attending from 2019 to 2020.
