Spencer Pond

Spencer Pond has a strong background in construction, with experience in various roles and companies. Spencer started their career as an intern at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company in 2015. From there, they worked as an Assistant Production Manager at Alpine Homes, LLC for one year. In 2017, they joined HENSEL PHELPS as a Field Engineer. Spencer then moved on to Zwick Construction Company in 2018, where they served as a Project Engineer for two years. Currently, Spencer is employed at Jacobsen Construction, initially starting as a Project Engineer in December 2019 and then promoted to the role of Senior Project Engineer in March 2023.

Spencer Pond began their education at Taylorsville High School, where they received their diploma in the year 2011. Following this, they attended Salt Lake Community College from 2011 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in General Education. Spencer then transferred to Utah Valley University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 2016. During their time at Utah Valley University, Spencer obtained a certification in OSHA 30 in December 2015.
