Jennifer Quigley Harris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications, policy development, and grant management. Currently serving as the Director of Grants & Membership at the Jacques Pepin Foundation since July 2018, Harris previously held roles at the Providence After School Alliance and the Rhode Island Department of Education. Notably, as a Wellness Policy Consultant for the Providence Public School Department, Harris led the comprehensive re-write of the wellness policy for the largest school district in the state. Throughout a career spanning over a decade, Harris has also contributed significant communications expertise to various organizations, including the Rhode Island Food Policy Council and Kids First/Real Food First. Harris holds a BA in English with a concentration in Creative Non-Fiction Writing from Connecticut College, a Publishing Certificate from the University of Denver, and participated in a Junior Semester Abroad program in Literature at University College Dublin.
