Monil Sheth

Monil Sheth has extensive experience in training and development. Currently, Monil is the Head of Training and Development at Jade Blue Lifestyle India Ltd. Prior to this role, Monil served as a Program Manager and Freelance Corporate Trainer at Centum Learning Limited. Monil also worked as a Senior Corporate Trainer at Hero Mindmine, where they trained employees from various companies including Maruti Suzuki, Hero, Hyundai, and more. Before that, Monil worked as a Freelance Trainer and Consultant. Monil's earlier experience includes roles at Reliance Digital Retail Ltd., where they served as a Store Manager, and as a Freelance Trainer and Edupreneur at a Training Academy and Education Institute. Monil also worked as a Senior Manager of Retail Operations at Jewels Forever and as a Store Operations Manager at HyperCITY Retail (India) Ltd. Their initial experience includes a role as a Business Development Manager at The MobileStore Limited, focusing on site acquisitions and new store openings in Gujarat.

Monil Sheth obtained a Honors Diploma in Sales and Marketing from NIS Sparta in 1999. In 2006, they completed a Diploma in Retail Management from Karma Retail Academy. The following year, they pursued a Certified MBA in Retail Management from ISBMA, which they obtained in 2010. In 2013, Monil Sheth earned an Advance Diploma in Professional Development in Training from American TESOL Institute. MONIL also completed a Diploma Program in Training and Development from ISTD in January 2019.
