Mike Petterson

Mike Petterson is an experienced professional in human resources and business intelligence, currently serving as the People Projects & Process Manager and Senior People & Capability Business Partner at Jade Software Corporation since October 2018. Previously, Mike held several key leadership roles at SBS Bank from July 2000 to August 2018, including Manager of Business Intelligence and Manager of Human Resources, where Mike was instrumental in developing the bank's BI capabilities and overseeing HR operations. Earlier experiences include positions at Visa as a Y2K Compliance Coordinator and ANZ as a Senior HR Development Officer, where Mike managed HR teams and delivered training initiatives. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology from Massey University and completed additional education at Kimball University.
