Abi Pilkington

Abi Pilkington is a CRM Manager at Jagex, with experience in customer engagement and loyalty management. Prior to joining Jagex in October 2022, Abi worked at Syngenta from January 2019 to September 2022, first as a CX/CRM & Loyalty Manager, responsible for a multi-million pound loyalty scheme and multi-channel marketing communications using Salesforce, and previously as a Customer Engagement Manager, where responsibilities included managing the development of a new loyalty platform and creating marketing plans for user acquisition and customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes a role as Marketing and Digital Developer at Cygnet PB from July 2017 to December 2018, focusing on advertising campaigns and marketing material design. Abi holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Lincoln, obtained from 2013 to 2017.
